Cycling along the Tauern Cycle Path is beautiful, impressive, and comes with many unique experiences in nature. And yet, long hours of pedalling can also be exhausting – so you should take a break every now and then. Camping Martina campsite is located right along the Tauern Cycle Path and offers you and your tired legs a perfect place to rest and relax amid Golling's beautiful nature.

Golling: a great starting point for various bike tours
In addition to its ideal location along the Tauern Cycle Path, Golling is the perfect starting point for mountain bike tours. MTB enthusiasts have plenty of options to choose from:

- tour to Auerhütte (hut) at Lake Seewaldsee

Cycling tip: Tauern Cycle Path
100 places worth seeing, colourful nature, arts and culture across a distance of 270 to 310 kilometres: On the Tauern Cycle Path, guests can experience the Salzburger Land region from its most diverse sides. With a view of the Krimml Waterfalls and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range, you'll put on your helmet, hop onto your bike, and set out on a fascinating journey of exploration …

Recommended route: Schwarzach – Golling (44 km)
Along the stretch between Golling and Schwarzach, in particular, cyclists have plenty of possibilities to stop at a variety of excursion destinations. Just to name two: The impressive Lichtenstein Gorge and the World of the Ice Giants in Werfen are both located along the 44-kilometre section of the Tauern Cycle Path. And while you're at it: The town centres of St. Johann or Bischofshofen are well worth a stop, too!
